AQUALINE ROBUST SMART

AQUALINE ROBUST SMART pipes are made of PE 100RC polyethylene with an additional thermoplastic adhesive outer removable layer (jacket) made of polyethylene or polypropylene with factory placed two or four copper sensor wires for pressure network monitoring and leakage localization in diameters from 90 mm to 250 mm, for pressure PN 10, PN 16. The removable outer jacket is blue color with white stripes. The main pipe is black color with blue stripes.

Pipes with two sensor wires are designed for water mains without lateral connections, while pipes with four sensor wires are designed for distribution networks.

The AQUALINE ROBUST SMART system provide continuous remote monitoring of water pressure and sewer pressure networks using measuring devices based on TDR reflectometric measurement technology, in which the result is displayed by means of a graph, and the system allows analysis of the graph, which the user gets. The data is sent automatically to the server, so the operator is kept informed about the state of the network and the possible occurrence of failures. The solution ensures the operation of the alarm system in case more failures occur.

The operator can access the system from any location and device that has access to the Internet. A reflectometer is used for detection and localization. The alarm system can locate multiple leaks and breaks. Reporting of alarms, notifications is done via email and via SMS messages.
